Returns

Items must be unused for being eligible to return policy and items must be in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.
Refunds
After receiving item/items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Will immediately update you on the status for refund after inspecting the item.
If return is approved, then we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit update within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
Shipping cost will be deducted from total amount you paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at grahaakworld@gmail.com. You will be responsible for any price difference and for paying the shipping costs for the new item.
